General Labourer
Reporting to the General Contractor Site Supervisor and Yucwmenlúcwu’s Senior Project Manager, the General Labourer will play a vital role in supporting the construction team on the Bruhn Bridge project, based in Sicamous, BC.
This position requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to work in various weather conditions, and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Administrative Project Support
The Administrative Project Support role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative assistance to the Senior Project Manager and project team at the Bruhn Bridge Project.
Although employed by Yucwmenlúcwu LLP, this individual will be embedded within the Aecon-Emil Anderson Construction General Partnership project office, offering day-to-day operational and administrative support for the duration of the project.

Carpenter
This is a unique opportunity for a well-rounded individual passionate about construction and eager to grow, taking pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
This position will report to our Foreman, Residential Construction and work to organize our general labour support on various sites.
This role offers the potential for long-term growth and development. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for paid training to complete their schooling and certification in the Carpentry trade.

Cultural Heritage Technicians
(Junior & Senior)
Reporting directly to Yucwmenlúcwu’s Cultural Heritage Lead, Technicians assist with the implementation and delivery of both field programs and office-based work related to Yucwmenlúcwu Cultural Heritage.
Reporting to the Cultural Heritage Lead, Technicians assist with forestry, environmental, archaeological, and cultural heritage fieldwork, monitoring, and reporting.
This role is primarily field-based, with some office responsibilities. Out-of-town assignments and extended field days may be required. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Accountant
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accountant plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of SDC. This position supports the accounting and finance team by managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate records, and contributing to timely and reliable financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include maintaining complete and accurate books and records, processing accounts receivable and payable, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end reporting, and assisting with payroll and compliance functions.
