The Community Engagement & Culture Coordinator will support positive relationships between SDC, Splatsin membership, and the wider community. This role strengthens cultural understanding, increases awareness of training and employment opportunities, and fosters meaningful participation in SDC initiatives.
This is a 3-month temporary position that may transition into a permanent role.

Environment Technician
The Environmental Technician supports a range of fish, wildlife, and environmental initiatives across Splatsin’s Area of Caretaker Responsibility.
This hands-on role combines fieldwork, data collection, and environmental monitoring, contributing to the protection and sustainable management of lands, water, and ecosystems while supporting meaningful, community-driven stewardship efforts. Some overtime may be required.

Administrative Project Support
The Administrative Project Support role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative assistance to the Senior Project Manager and project team at the Bruhn Bridge Project.
Although employed by Yucwmenlúcwu LLP, this individual will be embedded within the Aecon-Emil Anderson Construction General Partnership project office, offering day-to-day operational and administrative support for the duration of the project.

Carpenter
This is a unique opportunity for a well-rounded individual passionate about construction and eager to grow, taking pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
This position will report to our Foreman, Residential Construction and work to organize our general labour support on various sites.
This role offers the potential for long-term growth and development. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for paid training to complete their schooling and certification in the Carpentry trade.

General Labourer
Reporting to the General Contractor Site Supervisor and Yucwmenlúcwu’s Senior Project Manager, the General Labourer will play a vital role in supporting the construction team on the Bruhn Bridge project, based in Sicamous, BC.
This position requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to work in various weather conditions, and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

General Manager, Residential
Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager, Residential Construction will oversee residential housing projects from planning through completion while managing operations, procurement, budgets, supplier relationships, and project coordination.
Working closely with First Nations communities, contractors, engineers, consultants, and suppliers, the successful candidate will lead teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
