Traffic Controller

The Traffic Controller will play an essential role in ensuring public safety and supporting the construction team on projects across the BC Interior.

This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment. You will direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic, set up and manage temporary traffic control devices, and work closely with crew members to maintain safe and efficient construction sites.

Reporting to the General Contractor Site Supervisor and Yucwmenlúcwu’s Senior Project Manager, the General Labourer will play a vital role in supporting the construction team on the Bruhn Bridge project, based in Sicamous, BC.

This position requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to work in various weather conditions, and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Shift work is required: you will work three to four 10-hour work days per week on a rotating shift schedule. Some overtime may be required.
