Payroll Clerk
Reporting to the Controller, the Payroll Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day payroll administration for SDC, Yucwmenlúcwu, and Quilakwa Investments.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll across multiple entities and departments. You will work collaboratively with project managers, the finance team, and HR to support employee experience, compliance, and financial integrity.

Fish and Wildlife Program Assistant
Reporting to the Environmental Manager, the Fish & Wildlife Program Assistant will assist with the coordination and development of fish & wildlife project-related requirements, internal and external communications, logistics, and project deliverables. This position will be primarily office based, with some field-based activities required.
You will work within a team of fish and wildlife biologists and technicians on projects in watersheds throughout Splatsin te Secwepémc Area of Caretaker Responsibility.

Carpenter
This is a unique opportunity for a well-rounded individual who is passionate about construction and eager to grow in their trade. This position will report to our Foreman, Residential Construction and work to organize our general labour support on various sites.
This role offers the potential for long-term growth and development. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for paid training to complete their schooling and certification in the Carpentry trade.

Senior Archaeologist
Reporting into the Project Manager, the Senior Archaeologist will lead and oversee fieldwork and office-based activities related to archaeological projects within the Splatsin territory and surrounding areas.
As the primary field supervisor, the Senior Archaeologist will coordinate field teams, manage resources, secure and manage permits, and ensure that all associated reports and documentation adhere to BC Archaeology Branch standards and regulatory requirements.

Project Forester
The Project Forester position supports all stages of forest management, from timber development to silviculture.
Key duties include field support, tenure and contract administration, safety coordination, HBS tracking, reporting, and contributing to research and innovation in forest practices.

Wildlife Biologist
Reporting to the Environment Manager, the Wildlife Biologist will assist with the management and delivery of various field projects and conservation initiatives.
The focus of projects will be on the study and management of the impact of environmental changes on animal behavior and habitat. Coordination of resources and logistics, personnel, and project management will be key functions.
This position will be a combination of office and field-based activities and is a career track position, with the successful candidate forming an integral part the management team.

Development Forester
The Yucwmenlúcwu Forestry Department is seeking a full-time Development Forester to lead timber development while aligning with our quadruple bottom line.

General Labourer
Reporting to the General Contractor Site Supervisor and Yucwmenlúcwu’s Senior Project Manager, the General Labourer will play a vital role in supporting the construction team on the Bruhn Bridge project, based in Sicamous, BC.
This position requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to work in various weather conditions, and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Shift work is required: you will work three to four 10-hour work days per week on a rotating shift schedule. Some overtime may be required.

Carpenter Foreman
The Yucwmenlúcwu Residential Construction team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Red Seal Carpenter Foreman to join us. At Yucwmenlúcwu, our Residential Construction division tackles a wide range of projects—from small-scale renovations to full new-home builds.
We manage each project from start to finish, including foundations, framing, and finishing. Currently, we’re in the planning and development stages of a proposed Splatsin Net-Zero Show Home, an exciting step toward sustainable housing in our community.
